‘Wood’s Olde Style Preserves’ was established in 1985, supplying gourmet, homestyle condiments to weekend markets and restaurants around Melbourne and Victoria.
Reputation quickly spread about a company that made condiments“as good as a chef would make”. Wood’s Olde Style Preserves continued growing their business, cementing their reputation with top restaurants and premier venue caterers.
In 2002, Edlyn Foods acquired the business of Wood’s and moved operations from their small shop front in Wood Street Preston, to Edlyn’s larger manufacturing facility.
Since then, Wood’s Premium Condiments are an integral part of the Edlyn Foods portfolio, with availability Australia wide. With the legacy left by its founders, Wood’s Premium Condiments continue to be made in the way they always have, with care and attention, using the best quality ingredients.
