I have been using woods products for a great many years ( probably around 15), initially only the tomato relish, I am using them now in my day to day trade, from caesar dressing and egg mayonnaise, to give my salads that extra lift, to matching them with the wide range of pies that I have on offer.
I used to make all of these things myself, as nothing on the market had that "home made" quality, but woods surpasses my expectations of a bought product, making me feel safe in the knowledge that I am providing my customers with a condiment that I think they truly deserve.
