Tomato Kasoundi Salsa
Ingredients:
250mL Wood’s Tomato Kasoundi
2 Spanish onions, diced
1 green capsicum, finely diced
1 red capsicum, finely diced
¼ bunch Spring onions, chopped
20mL soy sauce

Method:
In a bowl, place the Wood’s Tomato Kasoundi and the soy sauce. Chop the Spanish onion, the capsicum and spring onion into fine small dice and add to the tomato mix and blend together. May be served with grilled meat, poultry and fish or served as a dip or used with nachos.
